The Booking Process   A Step by step guide to how we manage your Wedding Photography If you wish to book Photography Moments to photograph your wedding please check our availability by selecting our online calendar. If we are available, Please contact us by Email, Phone or by simply clicking on your Wedding date using our online calendar and sending us a message. We will then arrange a convenient date and time for us to meet and discuss your requirements and show you some of our fantastic work that we have produced over the years. Alternatively if you know that we are right for you and want to secure your date without any delay you may download the booking form or we can post it to you for you to sign and return including a £200 non-refundable deposit by cheque or by using our online payment page to secure your date. Once we have received your signed booking form and deposit, we will reply to you with a confirmation letter confirming your booking for your wedding. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD A BOOKING FORM Once you have made a booking we will carryout the following steps in preparation for your big day! Step 1 - 4 weeks before your Wedding we will arrange to meet you for your free on location photo shoot and discuss the photography requirements for the wedding day, also during this time you will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you might have. (The balance of your wedding package is also required at this time). Step 2 - Subject to location and work load, we may be able to attend the wedding rehearsal so that we can assess the venue for the best photo opportunities. This also gives you time to ask those final questions. Step 3 - Once the wedding has been photographed we will then process and retouch all photographs and upload them to our secure password protected online viewing area.  Approximately 2 weeks after the wedding we will arrange a meeting with you to view your wedding photos and to discuss any additional requirements including albums, inclusive photos and DVD etc. We will also provide you with a Proof book or DVD slideshow (if supplied in your package) for you to choose your photos in the comfort of your own home. Step 4 - When you have selected your photos we will design your wedding album and arrange another meeting with you to view a computer generated mock of the Album. Step 5 - Once you are happy with the final design we will send off the design for the creation of your Album. (Please note it can take 3-5 weeks for the Album to be handmade).
